KEP (Kyrgyz Express Post)
Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP) is the official postal operator of Kyrgyzstan and has been providing postal services since its establishment on March 16, 2012. KEP was granted the status of the second designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan on December 7, 2012, which was confirmed by Circular 83 of the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union on May 21, 2013. As the second designated postal operator, KEP has the authority to issue postage stamps that can be used as valid means of payment for all types of postal services.
